Problem:
Shared calendar with user shows her entries only as "Busy".
Picture attachments in email must be opened manually rather than automatically showing.
Answer::
User sharing the calendar needed to give full access to her calendar. Showing only "busy" indicates her current access is limited.
Outlook security features include not displaying images automatically. Outlook must be told explicitly to trust or open any attachments to help prevent malevolent programs and such. This is by design.
